7月31日，阿里云宣布位于南通、杭州和乌兰察布的三座超级数据中心正式落成，陆续开服 (On July 31, Alibaba Cloud announced that super data centers in Nantong, Hangzhou and Ulanqab were officially completed and would gradually begin service).
Confirms Alibaba Cloud data centres in Ulanqab and cooperation since 2020. Gives no MW or building count. The 10 billion yuan investment figure is a plan, not a verified capacity.
